Another thiing to keep in mind for those who are suffering from chronic bad breath, your diet factors into the equation as well. I decided to drop alot of things from my diet, such as sweets, sodas, junk food, etc. Also, I never used to floss because never believed that flossing made that much of a difference. I was wrong. Flossing makes the world of a difference. Imagine chewing a piece of steak and leaving it in your mouth for a full day, you get my drift.

whats funny is some people have to do other things to reduce bad breath – such as remove their tonsils. Because of tonsilitis or chronic drainage of nasal passageways — which can cause tonsiliths. (those stinky balls of globs stuck in the tonsils)

o. I did research on the ingredients shortly after discovering the Homemade Mouthwash on the internet. I was able to conclude through research that it was safe to mix the peroxide and baking soda together. Subsequently, I began using the treatment. The result, at least from my utilizing it, works. One of the key benefits of this method is that the peroxide and baking soda creates an “antibacterial environment” inside the mouth. I’ve since then added liquid pepperment extract to the mix.

poop0800, and I hope ur breath doesn’t smell like such. LOL. Just kidding dude, it’s an icebreaker. Get yourself a 20 oz container or old listerine bottle. 2 cups of benz peroxide, 5 tblsp of baking soda, 1 cup of lemon juice, half cup of pepperment extract, pinch of salt, and fill container with luke warm water. Shake, microwave 1 min to start chemical reaction, shake well and use.
