Can dry skin increase odor or smell?

If i have dry skin and used a scented body wash, would it increase the smell? Also would it increase body odor? Thx

If you used a scented body wash on dry skin it would INCREASE the smell and DECREASE body odor. Oh, and it would probably get rid of your dry skin, too.
