What does healthy human poop look like?

I’ve heard poop that is in the shape of a comma or an “S” – anything with a bend in it – shows you have a healthy digestive system/colon. I’ve also heard it should be fairly thin and float, which I assume is due to good fiber intake. Anyone know why or if this is even true?
