I have an unusual body odor, is there anything to cure this?

And yes i use deodarent, and Tag body spray, i’ve had this odor since around 6th/7th grade. Its not really noticable but my step sisters and my step mom notice it but i don’t know what to do to keep it away. Especialy when i work out the smell is even worse, and everyone else doesn’t smell as bad as i do. I’m 140 Lbs. 5′ 10″ and 15 years old. Any ideas or cures for this? And i use soap when i take a shower. Thanks!
My step mom is chinese and she cooks with lots of herbs and stuff, like onions and stuff. That could be it, and i do my own laundry.
