Water Dehydration: beginning of day 1

Hello i will be doing a documentation on Dehydration. Also, Please do not comment about this being harmfull or plain stupid, I am doing this so people know how this can be so dangerous. Also if you have any of these symptoms, please just drink some water. This is the start of day one. Here are the symptoms of dehydration acording to percentage wise: 2% : Thrist, loss of appetite, dry skin, skin flushing, dark and smelly urine, dry mouth, weakness, chills, lightheaded. 5% : increase heartbeat, decrease in sweating and urine, increase of body temp, more weekness, muscle cramps, headaches, nausea, tingleling of limbs ( limbs starting to fall asleep). 10%, at this level: get medical help fast: muscle spasm, vomiting, loss of elasticity of skin, poor vision, painfull to urine, confusion, difficulty of breathing, seizures,chest pain, fainting, and heatstroke.

    ya i know, i had tried this b4 and i couldn’t make it, but now that i know almost every sympton i can do this now, and i will quit at anytime if it becomes to dangerous. Thanks.

    be careful when …
    be careful when doing this man!
    i’ve tried this and starting throwing up on day 3.
    that’s when i stopped. on day 3 try not to eat as much.
